2. Focusing on safety without fear of retaliation by equipping employees and supervisors with knowledge of how to recognize both hazards and potential hazards and how to mitigate them or prevent them from occurring.
3. Classes are fun and engaging with a goal for a 24/7 safety culture that encourages them to “Speak Up Listen Up” whenever any employee or supervisor identifies a safety concern or unsafe act that needs to be mitigated with respect for each other and can be used as a teaching moment. Examples of this will be shown during the class in addition to required course content.
4. Safety courses are taught live with real world experience which provides same benefits as online courses but with the ability for the students to ask questions.
5. OSHA topics can be modified to meet the client’s needs except mandatory requirements by OSHA.
After courses are completed, there is ongoing support for the students who may have questions later and can email or call anytime.
